Our goal at Coastal Equipment Systems, Inc. is to provide the best value in parts and service to our customers. CES is backed by an extensive parts distribution network, from many suppliers, and is committed to one objective - get you the part you need when you need it. When we are unable to provide you a part over-the-counter, we will obtain it from a regional or major distribution center of one of our many suppliers.
As a company, we are dedicated to our customers and we will make every effort to support our customers to maintain a leadership role in our industry.
We now offer a Parts Confirmation Plan which will enable customers to receive the following information when placing an order with our parts department:

Order number, now anyone can reference their order in our “PFW” computer system. This promotes the first step of the ordering process; giving momentum and listing pending transactions for reconciliation.

Customers will be asked to verify their shipping address and for customer contact information on how they would like to receive the confirmation notice. Fax numbers and/or email addresses will be noted in the comments field on each order.

Finally the customer will receive a Confirmation notice same day, if ordered before 2pm. This notice provides the customer’s information, purchase order number, shipping address, itemized listing of the part description, part number and quantities ordered. Also noted will be the order number, Jacksonville UPS tracking numbers, shipping geographic locations of distribution centers on drop shipments for each line item, and a total number of shipments the customer can expect to receive to complete the order.
